We hosted our annual awards ceremony for over 400 guests at the Fairmont and it was such a breeze working with Lyndsay. She truly made us feel prioritized and had great attention to detail. We are looking forward to hosting another event this fall.

Diamond member. Not offered upgrade, rooms and hall ways are old and musty. Gold room was less then average. Would not go back and we travel a ton. Lobby is the only thing going for this place and restaurant downstairs. Shortage of staff called for hair dryer told us 55 mins

We had a terrific stay at the Boston Copley Plaza. We were greeted warmly upon arrival by Muhammad and Hajie. The Gold Floor team (Sophia, Jay, Rudy, Gilbert & Kevin) were outstanding & very welcoming. I highly recommend a visit to the Oak Room.... Top notch service !!

Nice hotel at prime location with classic charm

The hotel is located in the middle of everything. Hotel has the classic charm with pleasant staffs. Except for the smaller than expected bathroom, our stay at the hotel was great. We really enjoyed our breakfasts at the hotel restaurant and the lovely dog Cori at the lobby.
